About Fishing Trips

The Bob Marshall Wilderness, situated in the very heart of Montana’s Rocky Mountain Range where the South Fork of the Flathead River is located. The South Fork of the Flathead begins deep in the Bob Marshall Wilderness at the confluence of Danaher Creek and Youngs Creek. It gains volume with the contributions of the White River, Big and Little Salmon creeks, Black Bear Creek, and other small tributaries. South Fork of the Flathead is approximately 60 miles long from its start at the confluence before entering the Hungry Horse Reservoir.

Fish in the South Fork: Bull Trout, Westslope Cutthroat Trout, Mountain Whitefish, Pygmy Whitefish, Northern Pikeminnow, Longnose and Largescale Sucker, and Sculpin.

Our stock consists of Tennessee Walkers for a smooth 28 mile ride into the heart of the Bob. Our licensed guides will help you get to the greatest locations on the river. We can travel to different parts of the river every day.
